This Site provides families, caregivers, and educational providers in Tarrant County with access to information about local education options, programs, and providers. It is offered as a general resource and does not provide individualized legal, educational, financial, or medical advice.

All content on the Site (text, graphics, images, logos, and code) is owned by or licensed to The Miles Foundation and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post Contributions and may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

4. PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE. You may not upload, share, or link to any content that:

• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation;
• Solicits personal information from or about minors for inappropriate purposes;
• Sexualizes or targets children in any way.

Confirmed CSAM will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with the PROTECT Act (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). Users found in violation may be banned without notice and subject to investigation by law enforcement.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
