Thank you for visiting Best Place for Students! (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, www.bestplace4students.com (“Site”), and interact with our services.

If we detect or are notified of any content involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), we will report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities as required.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or longer if required by law. Information related to CSAE/CSAM reports will be securely retained for at least five (5) years or as otherwise required by legal obligations.

We implement robust security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use secure networks when accessing the Site.

We use cookies and other technologies to:

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY AND SAFETY
This Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover such information has been provided, we will promptly delete it.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE and CSAM. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, linking to, or otherwise engaging with content involving:
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
- Solicitation of personal data from minors
- Any form of CSAM, including content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse
All violations will be reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities, and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
You may:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of receiving marketing communications

9. DO-NOT-TRACK (DNT) SIGNALS
We do not currently respond to DNT browser settings. If standards change, we may update this policy accordingly.
10. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents may request information regarding our disclosures of personal data for direct marketing purposes (if any). Requests can be submitted to sredington@milesfdn.org.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”
